AAU CHEERLEADING
ProgramOverview

The AAU Cheerleading Program offers opportunities for boys and girls, ages 18 and under, in all skill levels to participate in cheerleading. Events are held throughout the country, including local competitions, invitationals, District Championships, and National Championships. The National Championships are open, so any member team can participate.

Events are conducted under the current AAU Code, AAU Cheerleading Handbook and the competition rules of U.S. All Star Federation as modified by AAU. Modifications of rules that are beneficial to participants at the local level can be implemented with approval.

Mini Cheer 8 & Under Level 1-2
Youth Cheer 11 & Under Level 1-5
Junior Cheer 14 & Under Level 1-5
