Hotel Policy
The Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and the Kentucky Expo Center have teamed up together to provide the best possible atmosphere for the AAU visitors coming to Louisville. As partners, the CVB and the KY Expo Center work with area hotels to reduce rates and offer discounts to AAU groups that are participating in AAU National Championship and Showcase events.
In order to offer discounts, the CVB tracks hotel usage for large events and conventions that are held at the KY Expo Center. The AAU has decided to work with Eddie Ford Hotel Group, who will assist the AAU athletes, coaches and fans with their hotels needs during our AAU Events. We have a wide selection of Host hotels that have reduced rates and blocked rooms for our AAU National Championship and Super Showcase events. Therefore, we would like for you stay and book your rooms at one of our Host Hotels listed below.
When selecting a hotel below, please hit the GREEN reserve button and fill out all required information. Once this information is submitted the Eddie Ford Hotel Group will get back with you on confirmation of your reserved hotel rooms.
