The event offers junior golfers worldwide the opportunity to build friendships and network with other athletes in a major Junior Golf Championship format.“The Veritas World Junior, the PGA, the AAU and I have a similar goal and special interest of 'Growing the Game of Golf with the Youth of the World'. I am proud to join the Veritas World Junior Advisory Board and look forward to providing the young golfers an opportunity to reach their personal golf goals in a game they can enjoy the rest of their life," said Hal Yost, PGA Life Member and National Chair, AAU. “Getting more international kids networking through global Junior Golf competitions has immense potential to create global value and more societal understanding. Junior golfers are the future leaders in business, community, religious and governmental segments, and with their sound ethics and clear thinking we all benefit greatly. Possessing an athletic skill is invaluable for their health and well-being,” said Robert Brown, President, Veritas World Junior. At last year’s inaugural event, Veritas attracted youth and junior golfers and their families from 18 different countries, including large delegations from China, Mexico, Colombia, the Philippines, the Caribbean region and several countries in Europe.
