AAU JUDO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The AAU National Judo Championships are BACK! On Sunday August 10, 2014, the 48th annual competition will be held at the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds: Wisconsin Exposition Center in Milwaukee, WI. Boys' and girls' (ages 4-19), Men, Women, and Masters Divisions are all available! The Judo Competition is a featured event of the 2014 Wisconsin State Fair! Register by August 5th, because there will be no on-site registrations accepted at the tournament. Register EARLY and SAVE $5 - $36.00 for entries received by July 25th (after July 25th, $48.00).

SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT QUALIFIER
The third Southeastern District Qualifier is taking place June 28th, 2014 in Eads, TN at Briarcrest Christian School. The top 16 finishers from each event will qualify for the Region 6 Qualifier in Murfreesboro, TN from July 3rd – 6th at Middle Tennessee State University. ATTENTION Track and Field members! Online Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2014 Reg 19 AAU Regional Qualifier. This event will take place in Converse, Texas at D.W. Rutledge Stadium from June 24th – June 28th. Hurry and don’t miss out! Online registration closes 6/22/2014 at 11:59 PM CST. ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A TACKLE FOOTBALL PROGRAM IN YOUR AREA?
The AAU is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Tackle Football Pre-Season National Kick-off taking place in Little Rock, AR from August 15th – 17th, 2014. This event is being hosted by former NFL receiver, Reggie Swinton who also co-hosted the 2013 TX/AR AAU All-star Games in Cowboy Stadium. The 2014 AAU Western Grand Nationals finished up on Saturday, June 14th in Billings, MT. The event had over 290 participants from across the country competing in all three styles of wrestling: Freestyle, Folkstyle, and Greco Roman. The Grand Nationals also introduced a new award this year! AAU Wrestling is proud to announce 35 wrestlers earned the Triple Crown by winning all three styles for their division/weight class. US CAPITOL CLASSICS
The US Capitol Classics is back! August 1-2, 2014, Grand Master Dennis Brown will be bringing back his Martial Arts tournament at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention center in National Harbor, Maryland. This event is open to 17 & under age groups for an entry fee of $70.00. The tournament will follow current AAU Martial Arts rules with a single round elimination. 2014 AAU YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARD - APPLY NOW!
The AAU Taekwondo Program is accepting applications for the AAU Taekwondo Youth Leadership Award. This scholarship award is given to honor one male and one female who are AAU Taekwondo's outstanding young Black Belts.
Instructors who know an exceptional 15 – 18 year old Black Belt should submit their application for consideration. This award includes a $1000.00 scholarship for continuing education for one male & one female winner. It recognizes the individual who demonstrates the qualities of leadership that inspires everyone. Fill out the application and requirements listed and return by August 15th.
